Elders
CrossView's elders are the spiritual leaders of the church. Their role is compared in Scripture to the role of a shepherd - caring for, feeding, and protecting his sheep. In the same way, the elders share the responsibility for CrossView being a healthy body of believers, leading and protecting, and making sure "good food" is available (what the Bible calls "sound doctrine"). Each of the elders is actively involved in ministry at CrossView, and responsible to the "Chief Shepherd," Jesus.
