How long have you been with CrossView:
10 years. I was in student ministry for 5, adult discipleship for 4, and became lead minister in 2016.

Tell us about your family:
I’m with Lindsay (high school sweethearts, married in 2006!) and we have two daughters, Kherington and Colbie, who are both in elementary school. Since we grew up around these parts, our parents and most other family lives close.

What are you reading now?
I am always reading a diverse group of books with themes like business, creativity, science, biography, theology, and philosophy. I read fiction at times, but I have a rule that it has to be over 30 years old (classics).

Hobbies?
Trees. Songwriting. Sweet Tea. Fantasy Football. Downtown Waynesville.

Dream Travel Destination?
The ruins of ancient Greece OR the Holy Land OR Sequoia & Glacier National Prx

How long have you been with CrossView:
My family moved to Waynesville from Atlanta GA on Memorial Day Weekend 2016 and started serving with CV on June 1.  We love it here!

What’s your role on the staff?
My role on the staff team is “XP” – executive pastor.  What that means is that I’m one of the “older guys” who has had full-time ministry experience for 25+ years and now get to encourage and invest into the lives of the younger staff. I’m truly living the dream!

Tell us about your family:
My wife’s name is Jennifer and we met at Cincinnati Christian University in the 1980s and married in 1989. We have four children, Jake, Mitch, Hannah, & Will, and only Hannah & Will still live at home. Our family loves worship music, watching movies, mission-work, hiking & outdoor sports. Plus, we each have some unique interests and/or quirks (if you get to know us you’ll know what I mean. Ha Ha!)

How long have you been with CrossView:
I joined the staff in April of 2017.

What’s your role on the staff?
I oversee Worship Arts at CrossView, and I get the incredible opportunity to lead teams of artists and creatives in creating spaces for people to encounter God throughout our community.

Tell us about your family:
I met my wife, Katie, in Tennessee, and we were married in June of 2012. We have a beautiful, wildflower of a two-year old daughter (Honour) and a just-shy-of-brand-new son (Zion).

Educational background:
Certificate IV in Worship & Creative Arts Ministry from Hillsong College, 2007

B.S. in Preaching & Youth Ministry from Johnson University, 2010

Hobbies:
I enjoy performing outside of church with area musicians, and as well as recording. I love nerding out over guitar gear. Beyond music, I’m currently binging the Friday Night Lights series with my wife.

Favorite Grub:
Zombie Dogz. Or even normal hot dogs. Or really, basically anything that my two year old would love to eat.

How long have you been with CrossView:
I joined the CrossView team in 2013.

What’s your role on the staff?
I oversee base communities and group life along with the hospitality/connections area, which includes the welcome desk and cafe. If you’re ever in that area, come to the cafe and get an item on me!

Tell us about your family:
My husband, Caleb, and I got married in 2011. Since then we’ve added 2 feisty miniature dachshunds (Bean and Dietrich) and the sweetest, most squishy baby girl, Harvie Rose.

Favorite Grub?
Mexican food, duh! The Lord has richly blessed us with a holiness that is Mexican food and we must partake. But if you’re not going to eat yours, I’ll take it.

Hobbies?
COFFEE. Music in all forms; listening, playing, and concerts! Caleb and I love to travel, play board games, hike, try new restaurants/coffee shops, and binge Netflix at home. Also coffee.

How long have you been with CrossView:
My first day at CrossView was June 2, 2014.

What’s your role on the staff?
I lead the best ministry, student ministry. Anything relating to 6-12 grade students is my area.

Tell us about your family:
My wife and I just got married in June of 2017 so we are still figuring out what marriage and family life will look like for us. Audrey is a dental hygienist in Bellbrook and is a full-time student at NKU. She is studying to become a P.A. We love being outdoors, riding our motorcycle and eating tacos. We both grew up in the Cincinnati area so if you want to start a conversation with us and don’t know what to say, ask us about Cincy!

Dream Travel Destination?
Audrey and I have a goal/dream to visit every continental National Park.

How long have you been with CrossView:
I have been a member of CrossView all of my life, but I have been on staff since May 2008.

What’s your role on the staff?
I am the Office & Finance Administrator.

Tell us about your family:
I have been married to Brian since 1986 and we have three daughters; Chelsea, Christie (her husband is Cody) and Charity (her fiance is Steven).

Hobbies:
I love flower gardening; and I’m usually coming up with another home project for my husband and I (mostly my husband) to do. I’m trying to learn to crochet for a winter hobby.

Educational Background:
I received an Associate of Science Degree in Business Education from Cincinnati Christian University.

Dream Travel Destination:
My husband and I would like to take an Alaskan cruise and tour Canada.

How long have you been with CrossView:
Started attending as a family in January 1995 and joined the staff in August 2002.

What’s your role on the staff?
Minister to preschoolers and their families, Director of Tuesday School

Tell us about your family:
Steve and I are the parents of 6 children (5 boys and 1 girl) and have 2 grandchildren and one “on the way” in January 2018. We live in Clarksville (very rural), enjoy family events, love our pets, spend lots of time in the great outdoors and are Clinton Massie sports fans forever!

Favorite Grub?
I am a “Choco-holic” and love ice cream!

Dream travel destination?
Steve and I would love to tour Europe. He loves the beach and I love the mountains.

Hobbies?
Entertaining, cooking, pets, making a home, and being with children 🙂

What’s your role on the staff?
I am the CrossView Kids minister, so I oversee K-5th grade!

Tell us about your family:
My family lives in Waynesville, but Jeremy (my husband) and I are originally from the Findlay, OH area. Jeremy, who is a Deputy Sheriff for Greene County, and I have been married for 8 years and together for 10. We have two children and one on the way: Carter is our sweet and ornery 6 year old, Kitty is our adorably sassy 2 year old and Corbin is due in early October; we’re hoping he is our laid back child!

Hobbies:
My hobbies include running, baking (the reason I run!), gardening, and reading. My family and I love walking Downtown Waynesville, movie nights and making homemade pizza together!

Favorite Grub:
Mexican. DLM Cloud 9 Baby Cakes. Cheddar’s Spinach Dip.

How long have you been with CrossView:
I’ve been CV’s Communications pastor since October 2014.

What’s your role on the staff?
I oversee the CV branding, website, social media, graphic design, marketing, video production, and communications. I’m also the shade-tree IT guy.

Tell us about your family:
I married Amber in 2006 and together we have two incredible boys, Cooper and Reid, that we are very proud of but can’t seem to ever get enough to eat. Amber and I are originally from Auburn, AL, and both boys were born in Knoxville, TN. We are currently expecting our third child due in March of 2018!

How long have you been with CrossView:
I have been attending CrossView for 6 years and on staff as Campus Operations Manager since December 2015

What’s your role on the staff?
I am directly involved and oversee the overall operation of the CrossView campus. This would include HVAC, plumbing and electrical. I also schedule all exterior events held at CrossView.

Tell us about your family:
My wife Andrea and I met in 1997 on a local radio station in dating line and were married very soon after. We have 6 children and 5 grandchildren. We live in Xenia.

Favorite Food:
Just to make it easy, I like everything except pigs feet and souse.

Tell us about your family:
My husband, Brad, and I grew up together in Bellbrook. We have been married for nearly 3 years and share two daughters, Wesli and Teagan. We love family dinners, hiking, and reading together.

Dream Travel Destination?
A cross country road trip visiting historical landmarks, national parks, and every dive restaurant on the way!
